About The Position

The role identifies emerging requirements and funded opportunities; analyzes acquisition strategies, budgets, and competitive conditions; and develops strategies to shape opportunities before solicitation release through authorized industry engagement. The manager owns capture plans and assessments from early qualification through proposal submission and contract award, including customer engagement, competitive positioning, teaming, solution development, pricing strategy, and investment recommendations.
