We’re looking for a Staff Backend Engineer to help define and scale the core systems powering our rapidly growing B2B SaaS platform. This is a deeply technical role focused on building reliable, high-performance infrastructure and backend services, while embracing AI-assisted engineering as a core part of how modern software gets built. You’ll lead the design of critical systems across APIs, distributed services, data architecture, and platform infrastructure. You’ll also help evolve how our engineering organization operates by leveraging AI tooling to accelerate development, improve reliability, automate workflows, and increase engineering velocity at scale. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong backend and systems expertise with product thinking, operational excellence, and a modern AI-native approach to engineering.
