Requirements

  • Desktop support – Latest Windows OS, ChromeOS, Misc. software, Microsoft Office 365, printing, troubleshooting skills including Server communication
  • Imaging and configuring using ADK, MDT, and WDS
  • Server support – Legacy and latest Windows Server OS, Hyper-V, Active Directory, group policy, printing, NTFS and share permissions, troubleshooting skills, scripting
  • O365 & Exchange support – creating mailboxes, storage limits, configuring outlook clients, and troubleshooting
  • Azure Active Directory – Users and Devices
  • Intune - device and user management with policies and configuration profiles
  • Google Workspace Administration
  • Apple MDM (DEP, VPP)
  • Security is a main focus in K12, making sure devices are up to date with patches, AV definitions, devices authorization, etc..
  • Proven Experience as a Support Analyst or relevant position
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Able to plan and execute projects efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to take criticism.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
  • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to keep good documentation
  • Looking to grow and improve their skillset.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, networking, cybersecurity, or related field experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Set up and configure Slack workspaces, channels, and user accounts
  • Create and configure user accounts in Google Workspace
  • Manage user access levels, permissions, and group memberships within Google Workspace
  • Execute thorough offboarding procedures for departing employees, including account deactivation and data management
  • Provide technical support to users experiencing issues with Google Workspace applications
  • Create and configure user accounts within the Active Directory
  • Ensure accurate setup of user profiles, including group memberships, permissions, and access levels
  • Perform the initial setup and configuration of Windows 10 laptops, including operating system installation and basic software installations
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols, services, and security principles
  • Effective communication skills for user support and collaboration with IT teams
  • Proven experience in network configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Management systems and solutions
  • Monitor security alerts and events to identify and respond to potential security incidents promptly
