Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- ~3+ years of audit or accounting experience
- Strong understanding of audit procedures and financial reporting
- Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Supporting and performing financial statement audits
- Evaluating internal controls and identifying risk areas
- Assisting with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Preparing audit workpapers, reports, and documentation
- Communicating findings and recommendations to clients and senior team members
- Contributing to process improvements and best practices
