About The Position

The Staff Auditor for Crocs, Inc. will work as part of the Global Internal Audit team on assurance and advisory engagements, under the supervision of senior members of the internal audit function who will be responsible for coaching and mentoring you. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of audit execution – from planning to remediation and work on special projects. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Internal Audit in Crocs’ Broomfield headquarters’ location.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
2+ years of relevant internal audit experience preferred; recent graduates with internal audit-related coursework, internships, co-ops, or practical project experience are also encouraged to apply.
A strong desire to learn and grow
Demonstrated ability to receive and give feedback
Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally, up to 20%

Professional designation is preferred, but not required (e.g., CIA, CFE, CISA, CPA)
