About The Position

As a Staff Auditor, you’ll be part of our Internal Audit team working as a remote employee. This role is ideal for professionals with substantial audit experience, preferably from a Big 4 accounting firm or a public company who are eager to make an impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will execute remote audits, including walkthroughs, control testing, and substantive analytics. You will also support inventory activities, including inventory counts for external auditors under the Company Direct Assistance Program. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support compliance and internal audits. Develop and implement audit plans, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Participate in special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of audit experience with a Big 4 firm or a public company (manufacturing industry experience).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and PCAOB requirements.
• Solid understanding of internal control frameworks and auditing standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CIA are preferred.
