About The Position

Robbins LLP is seeking a dedicated and driven Staff Attorney to focus on document review and related discovery work, primarily on complex shareholder derivative actions. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a passion for litigation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited school and active bar admission in California required.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and process large volumes of data efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with document review platforms such as DISCO and Relativity, or other similar platforms.
• Previous experience in corporate litigation and document review, ideally in shareholder derivative actions, securities class actions, or other complex litigation.
• Legal research and writing skills and/or motion practice work.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and manage vast quantities of documents related to shareholder derivative actions to find the key documents that will be used at depositions, during motion practice, and ultimately, at trial.
• Effectively communicate findings, analysis, and recommendations to the team and clients in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
• Collaborate closely with our legal team, including partners, associates, and paralegals, to develop legal strategies, arguments, and case theories.
