About The Position

We are seeking a Staff Attorney with regulatory experience to join our Rate Case and Investigations team. Our team is responsible for providing legal services on state rate cases, various state regulatory proceedings, and regulatory audits/investigations. The Staff attorney will aid in representing the Company in matters before state regulators and in providing advice and legal counsel to the Companys operating groups. The ideal candidate will have a background in state or federal energy regulatory law and/or administrative litigation at the state or federal level.

Requirements

Regulatory experience
Background in state or federal energy regulatory law
Background in administrative litigation at the state or federal level

Responsibilities

Representing the Company in matters before state regulators
Providing advice and legal counsel to the Company's operating groups
Providing legal services on state rate cases
Providing legal services on various state regulatory proceedings
Providing legal services on regulatory audits/investigations
