Requirements

Has a law degree from an accredited law school
Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills
High attention to detail
Must maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co-workers
Must have very strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Conducting legal research and analysis on various issues
Managing and organizing legal files, documents, and records
Coordinating with internal departments to gather necessary information for legal matters.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting the financial industry.
Providing administrative support to the legal department as needed.
