Staff Attorney, Product Liability and Class Action Litigation
About The Position
Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a Staff Attorney to join their Product Litigation team. The ideal candidate should possess experience in general liability, premises liability, and/or product liability-related litigation. The role demands proficiency in all aspects of case management including fact investigation, discovery, review and analysis of technical documents, case assessment analysis, and drafting related to discovery and other litigation aspects, as well as motion practice. Essential skills include strong written communication and oral advocacy, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work. Candidates must be members of the CA Bar.
