About The Position
We have an immediate opening for a staff attorney in our Advanced Records Center. The staff attorney will handle Public Records Act requests for our municipal clients throughout California and ideally Nevada as well, and supervise a team of dedicated paralegals and reviewers. This is a non-partnership track position that will require travel to client offices and courts throughout those regions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with and substantive knowledge of the Public Records Act.
- Extensive experience with e-Discovery.
Nice To Haves
- E-discovery certification preferred.
