The Kentucky Commission on Human Rights (KCHR) is the premier civil rights agency in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The Commission seeks to eradicate discrimination in the Commonwealth through enforcement of the Kentucky Civil Rights Act. To do this, the agency receives, investigates, and litigates complaints of discrimination. KCHR looks for individuals who have a demonstrated passion for civil rights and years of experience working in civil rights and justice-oriented positions, on behalf of Kentucky’s protected classes. We seek persons who understand and are driven by the belief that all Kentuckians deserve to be treated equally in securing and maintaining housing and employment, and in places of public accommodation. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position coordinates and manages the delivery of legal services to a state administrative agency.
