About The Position

The Events Team is responsible for creating the overall event concept and design, developing the execution plan and timeline, and establishing the budget. The role of the Event Staff Assistant is to support the Events Team with planning and execution events for the Miami Dolphins, and Hard Rock Stadium.

  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to process and retain information efficiently and effectively
  • Brings a creative perspective, fresh ideas, and strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A professional demeanor with the ability to interact with our fans & front office staff and conduct themselves accordingly
  • Ability to lift 20lbs
  • Maintains integrity and professionalism while representing the organization

Responsibilities

  • Support with operational planning and execution of Game Day fan experience programming
  • NFL Draft Events
  • Silent Auction
  • Dolphins Cancer Challenge
  • Assist Events Manager with Season Ticket Member activations and events
  • Assist Events Coordinator with storage inclusive of inventory and organization
  • Assist Events Coordinator with event staffing needs
  • Assist with pre and post event evaluations on outcomes
  • Other duties as assigned by Events Team
