About The Position

Join Class Valuation as a Staff Appraiser and become a W2 team member (employee)! We are seeking Certified Residential Appraisers in Virginia, specifically for Fairfax & Loudoun Counties. Class Valuation is one of the largest nationwide Appraisal Management Companies (AMC) dedicated to creating efficient, transparent processes and pushing towards one-day appraisals. Requirements

• Certified Residential or General Appraiser in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of residential real estate appraisal experience.
• Ability to make independent decisions with minimal guidance.
• Strong knowledge of local market factors and properties.
• Consistently meet performance indicators and maintain open communication with management support teams.

Nice To Haves

• FHA Approved appraiser preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete market value residential property appraisals (traditional, hybrid, desktops).
• Ensure compliance with USPAP guidelines and federal/state laws.
• Manage data collection, verification, and analysis.
• Collaborate in a team environment to meet production and service goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high ethical standards.
• Stay proactive with status updates and communication.
• Participate in training and virtual conference calls as required.
