Staff Application Engineer, SiC Products
About The Position
onsemi is looking for an experienced engineer to join the SiC Product Division as a Staff Applications Engineer. This role is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a Staff Applications Engineer, you will work in a fast-paced team that evaluates new Silicon Carbide (SiC) technologies, validates next-generation SiC power modules for industrial markets, and supports release to production. The work includes theoretical analysis of power converter topologies, simulation, and hands-on bench testing. You will interact with leading global customers and collaborate with teams across onsemi. You will also have a direct influence on future product roadmaps.
