About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Staff Analyst (Associate or Mid-Level) to join our Engineering organization team in North Charleston, SC. As a Staff Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, providing insights, and supporting decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate (Level 2) and Mid-Level (Level 3) Staff Analyst.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of related work experience
  • 3+ years of experience with project management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Level 3: 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in scheduling and logistics management
  • 3+ years of experience in MS Office
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling reports and dashboards.
  • Experience with implementing development and engagement initiatives
  • Experience with schedule, logistics and project management
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools: ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
  • Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Delivers informational or technical materials
  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options
  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget
  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
  • Develops and deploys localized training content
