About The Position

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is looking for a Mid-Level Staff Analyst to support the Space Launch Systems (SLS) Program in Kennedy Space Center, FL. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. This position requires the ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility. This is a NASA safety-sensitive position and is subject to random drug and alcohol testing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Word
  • 3+ years of experience collecting data on external firms/competitors and consolidated information into actionable items, reports and presentations for continuous improvement efforts
  • Must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • Ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.

Responsibilities

  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
  • Delivers informational or technical materials.
  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
  • Develops and deploys localized training content.
