About The Position

Boeing Defense Space & Security has an exciting opportunity to add a Staff Analyst (UANR) to our team! The selected candidate will support the increase in personnel and added work scope for the Utah Site to include Falcon Hill and the Layton locations. The chosen candidate will develop plans and provide data for management to review and help track performance to plans. They will develop and assess content and leadership briefings. They will analyze data and summarize budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs. In addition, they will also be responsible for general site coordination activities like meeting preparation and conference room scheduling for various diverse programs and customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with the interrelationships between components of systems and plans, anticipating future events, and applying the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance
  • 2+ years’ of experience working with MS Office Suite, such as Word, Sharepoint, Excel and MS Project
  • 2+ years’ of experience creating/supporting executive level presentations
  • Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, then summarizing findings; developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
  • Experience with management and payment of invoices
  • This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).
  • To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

  • Experience working with Military Base Access office and on base security

Responsibilities

  • Collect and assemble data from multiple sources.
  • Conduct research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues.
  • Support site leaders in the strategic intent and directional focus of large facilitated meetings and events.
  • Summarize and review documentation and develop informational or technical materials for the programs as well as the site.
  • Gather customer information and requirements for project/programs/site they support.
  • Work with the teams/site to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives (ie: information monitor boards, weekly bulletins).
  • Provide status reports and maintain and track training requirements.
  • Responsible for site paying of invoices (knowledge of Ariba and P-card preferable).
