Requirements

  • Proactive and hands-on approach, taking initiative and figuring things out.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, approaching problems with creativity and energy, being resourceful, adaptable and excited by tough challenges.
  • Customer-oriented focus, keeping customers front of mind and focusing on delivering accurate, auditable insights.
  • Collaborative attitude, valuing transparency, good communication, and teamwork.
  • 10+ years of engineering experience with a recent focus on building production-grade AI systems, particularly around LLMs, agents, evals, or data extraction/normalization pipelines.
  • Strong Python skills.
  • Experience shipping reliable ML features to real users, especially in data-heavy or fintech environments.

  • Experience contributing to open source.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own core AI/ML systems — designing and improving agentic AI workflows for automated document retrieval from dozens of private portals, our proprietary extraction and normalization engine that processes complex PDFs/Excels/reports, intelligent validation with full audit trails, and pipelines that turn unstructured private market data into accurate, structured, real-time insights using various techniques, including feedback loops or data gathering agents.
  • Brainstorm and shape AI strategy, model choices, evaluation frameworks, and product direction.
  • Work with clients, including pitching customers, designing features, and soliciting feedback.
  • Champion best practices and guide others, helping to set and maintain standards for a secure, robust, and scalable B2B SaaS platform, and mentor future team members.
