  • Directs multiple agents in parallel, using them to amplify staff-level judgment.
  • Shipped AI systems into production use, not just prototypes.
  • Builds agentic workflows, agent memory, and orchestration, with knowledge of reliability, observability, and safety for real users.
  • Deeply understands evaluation frameworks that improve agent decisions at scale, designs evals, measures agent behavior rigorously, and translates signals into systems that improve over time.
  • Fluent with AI system frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, GraphQL, and MCP.
  • Demonstrably ships more, with higher quality, than traditional throughput allows, internalizing disciplines like clear specs, tight feedback loops, rigorous review of agent output, and deliberate context engineering.
  • 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience, with substantial depth in building production systems and understanding data engines and pipelines.
  • Trusted technical authority, sought for solving challenging problems and making high-impact decisions.
  • Experience giving tech talks internally or at conferences.
  • Actively mentors others, reduces knowledge silos, and raises the team's overall capability.
  • Comfortable with SQL & Python in Snowflake & dbt and handling real-world data.
  • Experience with CDC, APIs, and services such as DMS, OpenFlow, Kafka, or similar is a strong plus.
