Maleda Tech is seeking an Advanced Analyst to join a dynamic Marketing team with our tech client. In this role, you will work with a cross-functional team of highly technical stakeholders to drive impactful results through data analysis. You will be involved in the end-to-end project lifecycle, from problem definition to creating dashboards for sharing insights that solve high-priority business problems. The Staff Advanced Analyst will lead measurement and analytics for the Guest Engagement team, which delivers organic marketing (email and push campaigns) to existing guests. This role partners closely with marketing managers and a marketing director to drive a high-volume program of campaigns and experiments that shape how we engage guests across their lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a strong data and analytics background paired with deep experimentation expertise. This person is curious, proactive, positive, and detail- and solutions-oriented. The right candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and firm timelines. They will have a proven record of solving complex and ambiguous measurement problems in close collaboration with marketing, product, engineering, and data science partners. This person will use their experience with data and insights storytelling to influence strategic programs through clear and concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You must be comfortable working autonomously once ramped up, proactively identifying new analyses, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders across marketing, marketing ops, and occasionally marketing tech engineering.
