About The Position
The Human Performance & Movement Sciences Department at Keene State College is seeking qualified applicants for an adjunct instructor position for the spring and fall semesters of 2026-27. This is a part-time, non-benefited position.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Education or Kinesiology-related field (sport management, exercise science, physical education).
- Relevant teaching or professional experience in sport management, health, exercise science or physical education.
- Ability to mentor students along career paths.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred professional certifications for field. ACSM, CSCS, ATC, K-12 licensure (current or previous)
- Experience with Canvas LIS
Responsibilities
- Design and delivery course content for credit courses
- Prepare lesson plans and course materials
- Assess student learning
- Assign grades
- Refer students to support services
- Provide supplemental instruction and mentorship to students
- Abide with USNH and KSC policies
- Participate in appropriate departments/unit meetings
