Requirements

  • 1-3 years of related Accountant work experience.
  • Extensive problem-solving, attention to detail, interpersonal skills and confidentiality in daily operations.
  • Excellent database and reporting expertise, including advanced Excel, Outlook; Yardi is a plus.
  • RealPage and Onesite accounting is a plus
  • Property Accountant Experience required

Responsibilities

  • Review invoice registers to ensure correct G/L coding
  • Update monthly project schedules, loan & interest schedules
  • Maintain General Ledger
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Provide year-end reports & schedule for annual audits
  • Research and reclassify expense accounts
  • Assist accounting department as needed
