Requirements

• Have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent work experience)
• Have a general understanding of GAAP
• Possess strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills along with being organized and having the ability to multi-task
• Are experienced in Excel and other spreadsheet applications
• Consider yourself to be detail oriented

Responsibilities

• Determine appropriate accounting treatment and recording business transactions for leases and payoffs
• Reconcile and analyze balance sheet and income/expense accounts
• Prepare journal entries
• Recording business transactions for warehouses while providing accounting treatments
• Prepare workpapers in support of other projects
