About The Position

Seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional (Staff Accountant to Accounting Manager level) to support day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close, with opportunity for growth into a Controller role. This is a full time direct placement opportunity with great benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Experience with payroll, HR functions, and general accounting

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Sage 300 or QuickBooks is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and payroll processing
• Maintain General Ledger and assist with month-end close
• Prepare financial reports and ensure accuracy across departments
• Support tax filings (payroll, sales, property)
• Assist with HR functions including onboarding, benefits, and employee records
• Oversee workers’ comp, OSHA compliance, and related reporting
