About The Position

The Staff Accountant will support client audits during the busy season from November through February and provide tax support to clients during the normal season. The role participates in financial statement audits, performs audit procedures, and prepares required documentation. The accountant works as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and maintain client relationships and keeps current with audit and accounting practices. Korean-English bilingual ability is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Passion for a career in public accounting.
• Understand the busy season at a public accounting firm.
• Willingness to learn, a can-do attitude, and positive thinking.

Nice To Haves

• CPA credential preferred but not mandatory; willingness to pursue a CPA license.
• Korean-English bilingual ability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
