Requirements

• 6 to 8 years progressive accounting experience

• Costpoint accounting system preferred
• Costpoint Project and billing experience a plus
• Expense report processing Costpoint T&E or SAP a plus

Responsibilities

• Costpoint accounting system preferred
• Costpoint Project and billing experience a plus
• Vendor set-up with knowledge of 1099 specifics
• Accounts payable, vendor payments, checks, ACH, and EFT payments
• Bank reconciliation
• Corporate credit card reconciliation
• General ledger reconciliation
• Expense report processing Costpoint T&E or SAP a plus
• Cash receipt processing
• Support year-end audits
