We are interested in a team player who will make a positive impact in patients' lives through providing excellent customer service. This opportunity is for a Full Time Staff Accountant for our Rochelle Park, NJ office. Under the supervision of the Accounting Supervisor, the Staff Accountant will help maintain our financial records, including journal entries, purchases, payments, and account reconciliation and work closely with our finance team to create and analyze financial reports. The Staff Accountant’s responsibilities are to prepare and record routine journal entries, oversee and assist with recording and allocation all day-to-day invoices, manage vendor transitions, and reconcile transactions of our company.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of proven bookkeeping experience
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience using Netsuite
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial record
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Data entry skills and proficiency in manipulating and uploading CSV files
Proficiency in Excel
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across a team
