About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant with in-depth knowledge of balance sheets, liabilities, and intercompany transactions. This role requires a hands-on professional to manage various accounting processes and contribute to the financial health of the organization.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Accounting.
• Proficiency in month-end processes and general ledger management.
• Attention to detail.
• Prior experience in reconciling balance sheet accounts.
• Familiarity with financial statements and GAAP.

Nice To Haves

• Prior SAP experience is a plus.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is beneficial.
• A four-year college or university degree in accounting, or two to four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Compile financial reports for month-end, including bank, internal, and external reports.
• Prepare weekly reporting for various stakeholders.
• Perform daily cash clearing, recording, and reconciliation for all entities and accounts.
• Manage the fixed assets process including recording, reconciliation, depreciation, and tracking.
• Reconcile accounts payable vendor accounts and collaborate with the AP team to maintain accurate records.
• Maintain and import credit card statements and employee expense reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
