Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- One to three years of accounting experience preferred.
- Recent graduates with strong accounting internships or relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting principles.
- Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or accounting software is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A desire to learn, grow, and advance within the accounting profession.

Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
- Assist with the month-end close process.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Support financial reporting and recurring accounting activities.
- Assist with audits and special accounting projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate financial information.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
