Requirements

• 1–3 years of accounting experience (flexible for the right person)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables are a big plus)
• Understanding of accounting fundamentals
• A self-starter who asks questions and communicates openly
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, open-office environment
• Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred—but strong candidates with an Associate’s or equivalent experience will absolutely be considered

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts
• Reviewing and coding invoices (AP) and supporting payment processes
• Reconciling bank accounts and financial records
• Assisting with month-end close activities
• Supporting audits and gathering financial documentation
• Filing tax forms (state, local, and federal)
• Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies
