Our US Corporate Tax practice assists domestic and multinational businesses with managing US taxes in a cross-border context and provides comprehensive US corporate and partnership tax compliance and advisory services. You will work with the largest group of US Tax professionals outside of the United States, learning from and assisting Senior Accountants, Tax Specialists, Managers and Partners. You will be responsible for a variety of technical and support functions, including working with management and providing compliance related tax services to our diverse clients.

Requirements

  • Is in process of obtaining, or plans to obtain, a US CPA designation or Enrolled Agent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills, and able to work effectively within diverse teams and across service lines.
  • Ability to manage conflicting demands and priorities to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
  • Continuous learning mindset and a natural curiosity to stay updated on evolving tax laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent client service skills with an aptitude to understand the clients' business and maintain strong client relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AI‑enabled tools or analytics platforms is considered an asset, along with comfort in leveraging AI to enhance efficiency, generate insights, or support problem‑solving, and a demonstrated interest in how these technologies can be applied in professional settings.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review US corporate and partnership working paper files and tax returns for multinational clients.
  • Maintain client files to ensure accurate and timely completion of returns and schedules.
  • Assist with the preparation and review of US tax provisions for public and private companies.
  • Assist with follow-up and responses to notices from tax authorities.
  • Assist with the research and analysis of a wide variety of US and cross-border tax issues.
  • Participate in a broad range of complex and challenging US tax work, requiring significant analysis, assessment, and quantification.
  • Work closely with leading tax practitioners in their field and have excellent career growth prospects and mentoring opportunities.
