Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required in Accounting
Thorough understanding of accounting functions
General knowledge of accounting systems
Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, pivots, lookups
Proficient in data entry

Nice To Haves

1 year experience working with general ledger, reconciliation, month-end closing, general accounting processes of inter-company and fixed assets
PeopleSoft experience or Workday accounting system experience
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or actively pursuing CPA certificate

Responsibilities

Prepares assigned reconciliations, journal entries, account analyses, and financial reporting support in accordance with established accounting policies, internal controls, and deadlines.
Maintains accurate supporting documentation.
Assists with month-end and quarter-end close activities under the direction of Finance management.
