Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 1-4 years of experience
- Solid GAAP knowledge
- Strong Excel skills required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Sage Intacct is a huge plus!
- Detail-oriented, driven, and growth-minded
- CPA or CPA-eligible preferred, not required
- Multi-entity or service industry experience is a bonus!
Responsibilities
- Support and help drive the month-end close process
- Focused in, but not limited to: Reconciliations with banks, accounts receivable, accounts payable
- Fixed asset maintenance
- Debt & liability maintenance
- Prepaids & accruals
- Multi-entity allocation
- Prepare financials and analyze performance across entities
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Partner with operations to understand the “why” behind the numbers
- Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements
