About The Position

Healthcare Realty (NYSE:HR) is a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on acquiring, developing and managing medical office buildings and outpatient facilities throughout the United States. The Company is recruiting for a Staff Accountant. This is a full-time, hybrid position based at our Nashville corporate office. The position involves full cycle accounting for a portfolio of medical office buildings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a major or concentration in accounting is required.
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer proficiency with strong Excel knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly and quarterly close procedures
• Perform balance sheet and income statement analysis
• Provide accounting support to the portfolio’s asset managers
• Other various accounting and analytical responsibilities
