Requirements

Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP
Experience with accounting software and financial systems
Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
3–5 years of accounting experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Nice To Haves

CPA certification preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial reports, including month-end, quarterly, and annual close processes
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and perform monthly bank reconciliations
Assist in the preparation and consolidation of financial statements
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to track financial performance
Monitor expenditures and help identify risks and opportunities for cost savings
Collaborate on internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Assist with financial statement disclosures and reporting requirements
Conduct financial research and respond to management inquiries
Support inventory accounting and product costing processes
Partner with the Corporate Controller on ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls
