About The Position

OMICRON electronics Corp. USA is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team. This role involves a variety of accounting tasks, including reviewing and recording accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and credit card statements, processing expense reports, and managing fixed assets. The position also assists in the preparation of monthly reports for accounting and tax purposes and identifies potential cost savings. Requirements

Deep understanding and knowledge of double entry accounting
Basic Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Knowledge of Accounting software systems required (Dynamics 365 Finance is a plus)
Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
Strong Knowledge of other Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) a plus
Excellent communication skills
Reliable work style with self-initiative
Enjoy working in a small team environment
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
A minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounting

Nice To Haves

Dynamics 365 Finance experience
Knowledge of other Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

Review and record accounts payable and payments in Dynamics 365 Finance
Reconcile accounts receivable invoices and payments in Dynamics 365 Finance
Import and reconcile bank statements and credit card statements daily
Review all company expense reports in RAMP for accuracy and compliance
Import company expense reports from RAMP into Dynamics 365 Finance
Record and reconcile fixed assets
Assist in preparation of monthly reports / schedules for accounting and tax purposes
Identify potential for cost savings
Other duties as assigned
