About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support the organization's accounting operations and financial reporting processes. This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with month-end close activities, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate has strong accounting fundamentals, experience working with NetSuite ERP, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience in a corporate or professional environment.
• Experience working with NetSuite ERP is required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting support.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and maintain account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management activities.
• Assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, and audit preparation.
• Review financial data and identify discrepancies or opportunities for process improvements.
• Utilize NetSuite to maintain accounting records, generate reports, and support financial analysis.
• Assist with maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
