We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support our accounting team. This role will focus on bank reconciliations, core accounting duties, and small ad hoc projects that help maintain accurate and timely financial records.

Requirements

• Two or more years of accounting experience
• Strong bank reconciliation skills
• Ability to manage small ad hoc projects with minimal oversight
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Dynamics GP preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete high volume of monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist with general ledger entries and account reconciliations
• Support month end close activities
• Assist with small ad hoc projects assigned by the team
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and uphold internal controls
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
