Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience required
• Strong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Finance , or related field highly preferred
• Must be deadline-driven , focused , and analytically minded

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Sage Intacct and NetForum strongly desired
• Nonprofit (NFP) experience and exposure to membership organizations are a plus
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Proactive and curious, always seeking to improve processes and outcomes
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with firm deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting tasks with a primary focus on Accounts Receivable and cash accounting
• Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with month‑end close
• Support revenue recognition processes and ensure compliance with accounting principles
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes
• Provide support for additional accounting functions as assigned
