About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing various accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the finance department's operations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in accounting and general ledger processes.
- Experience with reconciliations, including bank reconciliations.
- Ability to perform month-end journal entries.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities
- Enter Accounts Payable (AP) invoices into the accounting system.
- Post expense reports into the accounting system.
- Disburse credit card statements, receive receipts from said statements, and post the associated journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepaid reconciliations.
- Assemble and print the weekly check run.
- Make journal entries into the General Ledger (GL).
