STAFF ACCOUNTANT

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 1+ years of experience in an accounting, finance or related role
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow professionally within the organization
Nice To Haves
- Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation
- Assist with monthly and year-end close activities
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Ensure accuracy and proper coding for invoices and expense reimbursements
- Prepare and review customer invoices to ensure accuracy and timely billing
- Work closely with the Finance & Administrative Manager to support accounting operations, special projects, and process improvements
