About The Position

The Staff Accountant will compile and audit data and reports to support internal and external reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis and manager review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

• CPA preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in closing accounting books and finalize the financial records monthly (5 business day goal) by preparing applicable journal entries timely and accurately.
• Perform general ledger account analysis and prepare monthly account reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis.
• Compile data and reports to support internal and external reporting as necessary.
• Provide additional support for internal and external audits as necessary.
