About The Position
The Staff Accountant will be a key player in ensuring the financial health and accuracy of our operations. Responsibilities include general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, financial reporting, and cost analysis. The ideal candidate will bring a strong accounting background, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in supporting accurate financial reporting and the overall success of the finance team.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
- 2+ years of reconciliations experience
- 2+ years of experience recording journal entries
- 2+ years of variance analysis experience
- Able to create pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel
- Proficient within a large scale ERP such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Syteline, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAGE
