Requirements

  • You have completed an undergraduate degree with a focus in accounting.
  • You will have completed all the required prerequisites for entry into the US CPA program
  • You’re proficient in Microsoft Office, with solid working knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare working paper files, US tax returns, and related accounting assignments for owner-managed businesses with US operations.
  • Compile personal and corporate US tax returns with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate directly with clients and third parties to obtain information needed to complete tax and accounting work.
  • Assist with responding to IRS and state-level inquiries under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Work closely with senior accountants and managers to support compliance and advisory engagements.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and documentation as the practice continues to grow.
  • Help shape and strengthen DMCL’s culture through your teamwork, fresh ideas, and active engagement.
