Requirements

Experience in accounting

Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial accounting experience
Inventory accounting experiences

Responsibilities

Process and support Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, invoicing, cash applications, bank reconciliations, and collections activities
Prepare account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve reconciliation items
Participate in month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Prepare and support standard daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and schedules
Maintain accurate general ledger and accounting records
Perform inventory accounting and reporting activities
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Assist with internal and external audits
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies
Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to support business objectives
