Marmon/Keystone LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant II to perform critical accounting functions to support the accounting team. This role is based out of the East Butler, PA office. Some travel may be required depending on business needs and will be communicated in advance. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Minimum 5 years of prior experience in accounting with strong GAAP knowledge
  • Proven ability to draft written investment proposals, complete financial projections, formulate payback analyses
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office with Excel proficiency
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical ability to solve accounting discrepancies.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. Sponsorship for work authorization (e.g., H-1B, green card, etc.) is not available.

  • Preferred ERP transition experience along with Epicor Kinetic knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Fixed Assets, additions, transfers, disposals.
  • Lead semi-monthly Capital Expenditure meetings with Finance and Operations.
  • Calculate depreciation and complete 3-year budget model projections based on investment roadmap.
  • Complete monthly One Stream Fixed Assets data forms and group analytics required by parent company.
  • Epicor implementation lead for ECM module and end-user process (EUP) development.
  • Responsible for A/R cash posting and monthly cash reconciliation (ZBA).
  • Perform assigned reconciliations, maintain account accruals, and prepare journal entries.
  • Support internal audits by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with SPIs.
  • Preparation of Authority for Expenditure requests
  • Provide backup for various accounting tasks and work on projects assigned by the Controller.
  • All other duties as assigned.
