About The Position
The Accountant position performs the following duties under limited supervision:

Responsibilities
- Enters, reviews and verifies, journal entries across company ledgers
- Verifies financial information and ensures its accuracy and completeness with an attention to detail
- Prepare, review, and issue monthly client financial statements including calculating management fees and amounts owed to and/or due from property owners in accordance with contractual agreements
- Reconciles both bank and general ledger accounts with the ability to research complex variables, make recommendations, and use good judgment when executing resolutions
- Maintain a complete set of instructions and procedures related to job responsibilities.
