About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Entry Level Staff Accountant to join our team. This position is ideal for a recent accounting graduate who is eager to learn and ready to put their academic knowledge into practice. Working directly with our local Head of Finance and with our international finance team, you will receive hands-on mentorship while supporting daily financial operations, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Recent graduates encouraged to apply).
• Solid understanding of basic GAAP principles and general accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word, willingness to learn accounting software
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proactive, curious, and motivated to learn in a collaborative small-company environment.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier AP invoices and AR customer invoicing in a timely manner.
• Monitor Aged Receivable reports and perform routine follow-ups to ensure timely payments.
• Assist with Month-end closing procedures, GL journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Support the team with external audits, financial record keeping, and documentation.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve invoicing, expense, or vendor inquiries and/or issues.
• Ensure all HQ deadlines are met throughout the month/year.
