About The Position

This position is responsible for inter-company reconciliation review, analysis and dispute resolution for over 30 entities globally. The role also involves managing intercompany recharges, P&L expense account analysis, and balance sheet and P&L account reconciliations. The Staff Accountant/Finance Analyst will liaise with internal and external stakeholders for STP processes, provide reporting for the finance and sales teams, and contribute to the automation of reporting and processes. Other financial duties as required by the manager may also be assigned.

Requirements

  • BS in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience as a staff accountant or similar role.
  • Thorough knowledge of proper accounting procedures.
  • Familiarity with financial accounting statements.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, etc.
  • Experience with general ledger functions.
  • Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
  • Client (internal and external) focus with strong service ethic and skills.
  • Methodical, planned and organized with high attention to detail and good time management.
  • Results-orientated and resilient.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
